Returns and Exchanges

Apparel Returns

All apparel items offered by Civil Standard are made-to-order, meaning they’re printed specifically for you and are considered final sale. Made-to-order processes minimize surplus inventory and apparel waste, making them more environmentally friendly.

If you receive a defective product it can be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged for a product replacement. Notification of defective products must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to civilworks@civilstandard.com with a picture of the product defect. In the case of shirts/hoodies, lay it out flat in its natural ‘T’ shape and take a picture from above with the whole item and printed design in the frame.

Headwear Returns

All unworn headwear not explicitly labeled as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page - at the time of sale - may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the cost of all returns and exchanges sent to us are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship your item with your packing slip or order confirmation email to:

Exchanges

If the size isn’t quite right we’re happy to help you out! Please send an email to civilworks@civilstandard.com with your original order information and the size you need in exchange.

Order Cancellations

Requests for order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of submitting the order. Any requests after 12 hours of order cannot be guaranteed, but we'll do our best! Once production/fulfillment on an order has begun it cannot be canceled.
