Operating from 1933 to 1942 for unemployed men, the CCC was a major part of FDR’s New Deal that provided manual labor jobs related to the conservation and development of natural resources in rural lands owned by federal, state, and local governments. The CCC was one of the most popular of all the New Deal programs, leading to a greater public awareness and appreciation of the outdoors and the nation's natural resources.

This is photo of my son Simon on the Cave of the Winds tour at Niagara Falls on the 4th of July. His Grandpa was actually in the CCC in 1937. He loves his shirt! It's his way of representing the grandpa he never knew. We like them so much I bought one for both of my sons. Please keep them coming.
My grandfather worked for the ccc in the UP
Very comfortable shirt… I will be ordering a couple of more
Fantastic shirt, incredibly soft and comfortable, and sized nicely - Slightly Athletic cut, but still totally true, and def not so much that it feels smaller than it should. And absolutely appreciate the volunteering CCC Spirit behind it, as well as the clearly-inspired folks making it. Thanks, and I’ll be back for more!
Softest shirt I've ever owned. Love the design and the theme. My dad was in a 3C camp in Walton KY during the 30's . In 1937 to be exact They helped evacuate northern Kentucky along the Ohio River during the great '37 Flood. They were issued rain gear and raisins. My dad kept an opened box of raisins in each pocket of his raincoat and went for days on nothing but raisins. He told me once that during the evacuation the CCC boys would be carrying people's belongings out the front door as the Ohio came in through the back door of the house. Later in life my old man wouldn't touch a Sun Maid Raisin with a stick. But yeah, great shirt! I ordered the pine tree one for my oldest son on his birthday and I plan on buying another for my younger son for his birthday in June.
I love the white color of the shirt. Not a bright white which is nice. Fit would have been a tad small but the recommended going a size up made it fit perfectly.
Love the design! My only complaint is that the green of the print fades into the heather dark grey t-shirt a little bit. Bolder printing or a slightly lighter shirt would stand out better. The shirt itself is comfortable. Great way to show nostalgic support for the outdoors!
Great shirt, my grandfather was in the ccc during the depression so this shirt has a lot of meaning to me, thanks for marking it
I ordered a 3X and received a Large so it wasn't what I ordered.
